Welcome to Luxury Miami Tours. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service across yacht charters, vehicle rentals, private flights, and real estate experiences. These policies are designed to ensure transparency, safety, and a smooth booking experience for all clients.
1. Booking Policy
How to Reserve
Reservations require a deposit and valid photo ID for verification.
Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards, wire transfers, and other approved methods.
Cut-Off Times
Bookings must be completed at least 48 hours before the experience.
Availability
All reservations are subject to confirmation based on the availability of yachts, cars, jets, and tours.
Confirmation Process
Once payment and identification are verified, your booking will be confirmed by our concierge team.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Grace Period
Full refund is available if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of booking or within a 48-hour grace period when applicable.
Partial Refunds or Credit
Cancellations made at least 14 days before departure qualify for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled experience are subject to standard cancellation fees.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain experiences—such as special charters, private jets, or bespoke event services—are non-refundable due to fixed vendor commitments.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Guests are allowed a one-time courtesy reschedule without penalty, subject to availability.
Weather Delays: If weather conditions make yacht or flight operations unsafe, Luxury Miami Tours will reschedule or issue credit for future use.
Substitution Policy: In the rare event that a vehicle or vessel becomes unavailable, a comparable substitute will be arranged.
4. Payment & Fees
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit cards, wire transfers, and verified digital payments.
Credit Card Surcharges: A processing fee may apply on credit transactions.
Security Deposits: Required for luxury cars, yachts, or real estate tours; refundable after inspection.
Taxes & Gratuity: 7% Florida tax applies to all bookings. A 15–18% gratuity is standard and distributed among service staff and crew.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Age Requirements: Minimum age restrictions apply for drivers, yacht passengers, and renters as determined by Florida law and Coast Guard guidelines.
Conduct: Guests must maintain appropriate behavior onboard yachts, inside vehicles, and during tours.
Liability: Guests are responsible for damages to vehicles, vessels, or property caused during their use.
6. Yacht Charter Policies
Food & Beverages
Guests may bring their own food and drinks.
Red wine and glassware are not permitted onboard to prevent stains and breakage.
Music & Entertainment
All yachts come equipped with sound systems, many featuring Bluetooth connectivity.
Guests may connect their own devices to play personal playlists.
Children Onboard
Children are welcome and are counted as passengers under U.S. Coast Guard regulations.
Please inform us in advance so that proper life vests and safety equipment can be provided.
Gratuity & Fees
A standard 15–18% gratuity will be added to your total and distributed among the crew.
A 7% tax is applied to all charters.
Additional Services
Luxury add-ons are available upon request, including:

Cancellation Policy for Yachts
Full Refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking.
14+ Days Notice: Cancel at least 14 days before departure for a full refund.
Less than 14 Days: Standard cancellation fees apply.
Personal Data & Privacy (Yacht Guests)
Security measures are used to protect your personal information; however, complete internet security cannot be guaranteed.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.
Data you voluntarily provide is collected only to fulfill your requests and enhance your experience.
7. Vehicle Rental Policies & Terms
Definitions of Terms
Additional Driver: An individual authorized by our Preferred Vendor to operate the vehicle in addition to the primary Driver.
Auto Dealers Guide: Refers to the Kelley Blue Book, which publishes vehicle values and recommended pricing.
Claims Administration Fee: A fee applied in all cases where a claim is processed for damage, loss, or theft.
Contract Fee: A one-time administrative charge applied per rental.
Damages: Includes costs related to towing, transporting, storing, and repairing the vehicle (including tires, rims, parts, and accessories). Vendor invoices or quotations serve as proof of cost.
Repairer or Supplier of Choice: Our Preferred Vendor may select the facility or supplier for repairs or parts.
Rental Period: The time between vehicle pickup and return, including authorized extensions.
Rental: Refers collectively to the Renter, Driver, and Additional Drivers named on the rental agreement.
Traffic Fine Administration Fee: A fee applied for processing traffic fines incurred during the rental.
Total Loss: Declared when the cost of repairs exceeds the vehicle’s value, or when the vehicle is stolen or irretrievably lost. Value is determined by Kelley Blue Book or manufacturer retail pricing.
Waiver: A reduction of liability for theft, loss, or damage as specified in the agreement.
1. Rental of the Vehicle
Our Preferred Vendor rents vehicles under the terms of this agreement.
The Renter is bound by these terms regardless of who operates the vehicle.
2. Delivery of the Vehicle
Risk and responsibility transfer to the Renter upon receiving the keys or vehicle.
Vehicles are delivered in good condition unless otherwise noted in writing.
Each vehicle is provided with a full fuel tank.
3. Use of the Vehicle
The vehicle may not be used for:
Transporting passengers or goods for hire (unless authorized).
Motor sports, off-road driving, or high-risk activities.
Leaving the state of Florida without written consent.
Civil unrest or unlawful activity.
The Renter must:
Keep the vehicle locked and secured when unattended.
Retain the keys at all times.
Ensure no smoking occurs inside the vehicle (violations incur a minimum $500 cleaning fee).
4. Return of the Vehicle
Vehicles must be returned on time to an authorized representative.
Failure to return on time may result in a stolen-vehicle report.
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition, with a full fuel tank.
5. Termination, Cancellation & Extensions
Our Preferred Vendor may terminate this agreement at any time with notice.
The Renter must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to extend a rental.
6. Driver Requirements
Only authorized Renters or Additional Drivers may operate the vehicle.
All drivers must hold valid driver’s licenses and remain sober while operating.
7. Rental Rates & Charges
The Renter agrees to pay for all daily rental rates, fuel, surcharges, traffic fines, and any additional services.
All fines or penalties during the rental period are the Renter’s responsibility.
8. Payment
All payments are due by the end of the Rental Period.
Payments may be made by credit card or approved billing account.
The Renter authorizes our Preferred Vendor to charge their card for damages, loss, or outstanding balances.
9. Renter’s Risks & Liabilities
Without personal insurance, the Renter assumes a $10,000 security deposit deductible for damages.
The Renter remains liable for all fines, penalties, and losses incurred.
10. Insurance & Waivers
Optional Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) is available for purchase.
In the event of damage or theft, the Renter must notify the vendor within 3 hours and file a police report within 24 hours.
11. Accident Procedures
Notify our Preferred Vendor immediately.
File a police report within 24 hours.
Provide the names of all involved parties and witnesses.
Do not admit liability or make independent settlements.
12. Indemnification
Our Preferred Vendor and representatives are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from vehicle use.
The Renter agrees to indemnify the company from any related claims.
13. Loss of Use & Diminished Value
Renters are responsible for compensating for lost rental income during vehicle repair or downtime.
Additional diminished value costs may apply.
14. Governing Law & Venue
This agreement follows the laws of the State of Florida.
Disputes are to be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida, with both parties waiving jury trial rights.
15. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the full agreement.
No other promises or verbal arrangements are valid unless signed and written by both parties.

8. Privacy Policy
Luxury Miami Tours collects personal data only for booking, identification, and communication purposes.
We do not share, sell, or disclose personal information without your consent.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
While we employ strong encryption and security practices, no digital platform can guarantee absolute protection.
9. Terms & Conditions of Service
Broker Role: Luxury Miami Tours operates as a broker and concierge, not as a direct owner of yachts, vehicles, or aircraft.
Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for weather delays, third-party service interruptions, or vendor performance beyond our control.
Agreement Acknowledgment: By completing a booking, you agree to all terms, policies, and disclaimers listed on this page.
10. Real Estate-Specific Addendum
Real estate tours provided by Luxury Miami Tours are for informational and experiential purposes only.
All real estate transactions must comply with Florida real estate law and follow Compass / Chad Carroll Group brokerage procedures and compliance standards.
